Course Description

Nestlé Health Science S.A., in Lutry, the suburbs of Lausanne, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Nestlé S.A. set up to target a new opportunity between food and pharma. Together with the Nestlé Institute of Health Sciences, Nestlé Health Science aims to develop science-based nutritional solutions to deliver improved personalised health care for medical conditions, such as diabetes, obesity, cardiovascular disorders and Alzheimer’s disease.
We are honored to announce the lecture by Luis Cantarell, President and CEO of Nestlé Health Science S.A. The theme of the Mr.Cantarell’s lecture is the leading-edge trend in the integrated area of food and pharmacy and strategies of research and development, affiliation and acquisition.
We are also honored to announce Professor Takashi Higashiguchi, who is the Professor of Fujita Health University and the leading expert of clinical nutrition will also participate. He will share his perspectives on the roles of nutritional factors in medicine, as well as an agenda for preventive health-care and home care.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain first hand knowledge direct from two recognized leaders of the nutrition trends that will create a paradigm shift in the global, medical and health care industry.
